We are seeking an experienced Estate Lawyer to join our team at Courtly. As an Estate Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional legal services in creating trusts and wills for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our clients' estate planning needs.
Responsibilities
Trust and Will Creation:
Collaborate with clients to understand their estate planning goals and objectives
Draft and review legal documents, including trusts and wills, tailored to meet clients' specific needs and requirements
Legal Consultation:
Provide expert legal advice and guidance on matters related to estate planning and administration
Assist clients in understanding complex legal concepts and implications
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services
Proactively identify opportunities to provide additional value and support to clients' estate planning needs
Requirements
Technical Skills:
Minimum of X years of experience as an Estate Lawyer
Strong knowledge and expertise in estate planning and administration laws and regulations
Proficient in drafting legal documents, particularly trusts and wills
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Mentality:
Client-focused mindset, with a dedication to delivering high-quality legal services
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Strong ethical conduct and professional integrity
